Dr. Kim grew up in Vancouver, British Columbia. He attended college at New York University, graduating Summa Cum Laude with a B.A. in biology.
After receiving his undergraduate degree, Dr. Kim was accepted to New York University’s prestigious College of Dentistry. He graduated with honors from dental school and was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Society for exemplary character and scholarship.
During his dental school years, Dr. Kim discovered his passion for pediatrics and completed his pediatric dental residency at , where he served as chief resident.
After completion of residency, Dr. Kim practiced for five years in upstate New York, providing comprehensive dental care for multiple underserved communities. He then moved to Grand Rapids, Michigan, where he is now proud to call home.
Dr. Kim is a board certified member of the and stays up-to-date with continuing education annually.
He feels the most rewarding part of his job is providing positive dental experiences for children of all ages and needs.
